About The Pines

We support individuals with a learning disability, including autistic spectrum conditions and mental health needs. We work in partnership with each persons ‘circle of support’ to make a positive difference to a person’s life.

We focus on each person’s unique ability and create a pathway to support them to reach independence, a presence within their community, reach their goals and more importantly live ambitious purpose filled lives.

From the moment you walk into this service you can feel the vibrancy from our staff team. All employees are highly trained, experienced and committed in their chosen field of work, an encouragement to have fun and laughter is what the people we support love!

Creating a safe enviroment

We want to eradicate the historical constraints put on people with a learning disability to have freedom of how they choose to live their lives. We advocate and promote everyone we support to have the right to :

  •          Relationships 

  •          Community life 

  •          Direction and purpose 

  •          Where they wish to live  

  •          Control over their finances  

  •          Self-determination  

 

These factors are embedded into the everyday work we do.
